Return/Exchange/Refund Policy for “Semi-Custom” Hair Additions

We are always happy to take back our hair additions for exchange, credit, or refund within the terms of this agreement. 

• If Invisible Hair™ Restoration Center has placed an order for a “Semi-Custom” hair addition for you from one of our manufacturers, you have 5(five) business days from the date we first notified you of your purchase arrival to decide if you wish to keep, exchange or return your ordered hair.   After 5 days, we can only grant an exchange, NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS!
• It is customary to require payment in full for the hair purchased.
• All returns are subject to: a non-refundable $25.00 restocking fee, all shipping and handling fees, consultation fee, products and accessories from the balance prior to your exchange, credit or refund.
• No exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued without our Return Policy, expectation form, acceptance form, satisfaction form and sales receipt being signed.
• No refunds, credits for attachment services rendered or gratuities.
