You must contact Invisible Hair™ Enterprises, Inc. within 24 hours of placing the order to cancel it. After the 24 hour period, cancelled orders are subject to a non-refundable $25.00 re-stocking fee, all shipping and handling fees and consultation fee (if applicable). These fees will be deducted from your balance, prior to your exchange, credit or refund. Orders that are cancelled for items that are out of stock or backordered will not be charged the $25.00 fee.
