If You Change Your Mind Upon Receipt of Your Order
If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your hair addition, you must notify your Hair Addition Specialist immediately before the hair system has been cut, thinned, permed, colored, washed, styled, altered, attached or taken home.
If You Are Not Satisfied With Your Hair Addition Purchase...
You must notify us immediately, before leaving the premises with your hair purchase. All sales are final once the hair addition has: left the Invisible Hair™ Center premises, has been cut, thinned, permed, colored, washed, styled, altered, attached or taken home.
All sales are final once any of the above mentioned have taken place. Please inspect your hair purchase carefully as the San Diego County Board of Health and the California State Board of Cosmetology prohibit the return of hair purchases.

Please contact us immediately. We welcome the opportunity to follow up with you in person to insure your complete satisfaction. At your complimentary follow up visit, we’ll review your hair care procedures, styling techniques, problem solve, listen to any concerns you may have or possibly suggest an alternative option.
