Invisible Hair™ Hair Ultra Premium Custom hair systems are guaranteed to the purchaser to be made in accordance to the mold sent with the order, the mold at our factory, the hair supplied by the purchaser with the order, and the specific marked instructions on the form, and shall be free of defects in workmanship and materials at the time of delivery to the purchaser.
Please remember that all custom order forms MUST be completed and sent in by a Certified Invisible Hair™ Professional/Salon Affiliate. Custom orders MUST be paid in full prior to being sent to our factory for fabrication. Please allow up to 8 weeks for RUSH top priority and up to 12 weeks for STANDARD custom order processing. Please remember that RUSH top priority Orders are simply a request for your order to be placed at the front of the line and can not be guaranteed to be delivered within 8 weeks. Estimated time of delivery starts after our factory has received your custom order.
