All custom Invisible Hair™ Systems are guaranteed to the purchaser to be made in accordance to: the mold sent with the order, the mold at our factory, the hair supplied by the purchaser with the order, and the specific marked instructions on the custom order form, and shall be free of defects in workmanship and base materials at the time of delivery to the purchaser.
