Custom Order Policies

Thank you for choosing Invisible Hair™ for your Custom Orders.

All Custom Orders must be accompanied by our Terms of Sale Agreement.

Please download agreement, print and sign. Return with your custom order(s).

• If you find the order to be incorrect according to the given specifications, please contact us immediately and have a copy of the custom order form ready.
• Merchandise should be inspected immediately upon receipt for damage or defect.
• All custom orders must be pre-paid in FULL.
• UPS is our shipping carrier.  All packages have tracking numbers.
• Using permanent attachment methods will reduce the life of a hair system.  This is not a manufactures defect but standard wear and tear.
• We are not responsible for defective hair.  Claims for damages must be filed with the hair supplier.
• All sales are final, no refunds, no credit, no returns.
• We accept tape templates, plastic formed molds and plaster of paris molds.  We are not responsible for the final fit or size of a system when you provide the mold.
• Any changes made to the original custom order must be faxed or emailed to us within 5 days of Invoice date.
• We are not responsible for changes not made to the original custom order if changes are not received by Invisible Hair™  in the allotted time..
