UPS uses tracking numbers to identify and trace every shipment as it moves through the UPS system to its destination. A tracking number is automatically assigned to your shipment. You can use this number to track, locate, and verify the arrival of your shipment. With your tracking number, you can use it to submit a tracking request on line at www.ups.com.
Invisible Hair™ Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping delays related to natural disasters, carrier delays or holidays. Holidays do not count as a business day so please order accordingly. It is strongly advised to receive your order a minimum of 24-48 hours before delivery to your client.
Merchandise that is lost in transit by UPS will be replaced and credited once the shipment has been traced, a claim has been filed, and UPS has proclaimed in writing that the merchandise was “Lost”.
